Our residents recently enjoyed an arts and crafts session in which they explored a unique painting technique – painting tulips with wooden forks. This activity provided a great opportunity for self-expression while also helping to improve coordination. It was wonderful to see the bright colours take shape, and the cheerful atmosphere filled our elderly care home with conversation and laughter. The residents have also enjoyed playing bowls in the sunshine. This friendly competition provided the perfect balance of gentle exercise and social interaction, creating a wonderful sense of community.
