Residents at The Old Vic Enjoy Their Annual Halloween Party
After a week of exciting activities, the big day finally arrived and it was time for The Old Vic’s annual Halloween party. To prepare for the main event the residents spent the afternoon enjoying a spot of pumpkin carving. This classic Halloween tradition is always popular and there were some truly spooky creations decorating our residential care home in Kettering afterwards.
With the pumpkins displayed alongside the rest of the Halloween decorations it was time to get the party started. Our lovely cook Janice worked hard to put together an amazing spread for everybody to feast upon. Sausage rolls, scotch eggs and other savoury favourites were followed by a whole host delicious sweet treats, including homemade cupcakes and trifles. The residents made the most of the opportunity to let loose, have fun and enjoy some fantastic food and an excellent time was had by all.
